We are very pleased with our front door. It looks lovely and far better than I thought it would. The fitter was excellent.

As a family, we have used Launa Windows on several occasions in different properties and have confidence in the service and quality.

This time, I had all windows and the front door replaced, as well as a window-to-patio door adaptation, which has modernized the property completely.

All personnel are helpful and supportive, from office staff to surveyors and workmen. I was kept informed of the processes and stages from beginning to end. I am very happy with the finished product, it has been updated and given a ‘facelift’ to the property, as well as increasing the warmth and light. The pricing was very fair, too, with options to pay in various ways.

Superb experience from start to finish whilst having our Bifold doors fitted by Launa recently. Duncan, the builder, was brilliant in explaining everything along the way and the fitters, Terry and Dan, were quick and efficient.

From start to finish, this has been a very easy experience. We were absolutely dreading the upheaval of having the new windows and doors fitted, but nothing could have been further from the truth.

Our fitters Dan and Terry were so polite, personable and helpful that nothing was too much trouble. They were here for the whole week, and during this time, they worked so very hard and at the end of each day, they left everything clean and tidy.

I cannot speak too highly of them. At the end of the week, the house looked wonderful, and we were so delighted with having decided to go with Launa.
