Upgrade Your Conservatory

  • Take control of your conservatory with an upgrade and enjoy your space whatever the weather. Don’t put up with rattling windows, draughty frames or degrading timber when you can get an upgrade easily and quickly with Launa windows.

We can install double and triple glazing or high-performance tinted films onto your conservatory windows or ceiling. This is a simple yet effective way to make sure that your conservatory is still a useable space that you can enjoy with your family all year round. Upgrading is a worthwhile investment (and still cheaper than a full replacement) if you are finding yourself getting too cold in your conservatory in the winter. We can replace windows, doors and roofs to fix draughts and keep you snug.

Our practical technology transforms your conservatory into a space you will always want to be in. Cosy nights can be enhanced with gorgeous lighting embedded in the roof, whilst tinted glass can mute the sunlight to a more tolerable hue.

At Launa Windows, we have been providing the area with conservatory upgrades for years. Our experience ranges from a classic Edwardian style to contemporary minimalism, meaning we can provide you with insight that is balanced and informed. Considering practicality and individual style, we use many different materials and skills in our factory to achieve your vision accurately.

  • Upgrade your existing conservatory with a range of modern and traditional styles and colours – newly built or using your existing foundations and walls. Consider installing new performance glass panels that are better insulated and will boost your home’s energy efficiency. You could also choose a solid tiled roof to your conservatory’s pre-existing frame. Even making small tweaks can have a big impact – like adding new bi-folding doors out to your garden.

Common Questions

What are the best ways to upgrade my conservatory?

For conservatories which seem outdated we recommend the following: firstly, find out what issues you have with your conservatory. This may be to do with extreme temperatures or worn-out appearances. Whatever the issue, Launa Windows is prepared to help you and offer your next options. Please reach out to us and a friendly member of our team will talk you through it.

How can I upgrade my conservatory to make it more insulated?

From tiled roofs to lantern roofs and double-glazed glass roofs, there are many ways you can increase your conservatory’s insulation. This is important as it makes sure you can remain comfortable in your space and that the conservatory is always seen as a central part of your family home. We replace lots of ineffective old polycarbonate roofs with our more energy-efficient roofs so you will notice a huge difference. We also install double or triple glazing with all of our products, which can replace draughty single-glazed windows. Considering all of these features, you can easily achieve a well-insulated conservatory with Launa Windows!

When should I upgrade my conservatory?

Older conservatories with outdated technology are no longer able to give you the performance you expect. A conservatory should be a space in your home that you feel settled and happy in. Therefore, if you can feel the unpleasant outside weather whilst shut in your conservatory, you should think about upgrading. Heat retention is a sure-fire way to know if you should be upgrading yours soon. Sometimes, conservatories don’t effectively protect you and your home from UV rays, which may damage your furniture. We can add UV filters to your glazing to stop this if it’s something you’ve been struggling with. Whatever your conservatory issue, get in touch with us and we can suggest an upgrade to make it feel more modern and suited to your house.

How can I upgrade my conservatory to make it match my home?

With all of the roofing available, you will struggle not to find something which is reminiscent of your existing family home. UPVC is a strong plastic with many colours and finishes available to match the rest of your home. Instead, you may prefer the look of tile roofing which is easy to coordinate with your existing home’s roof. Non-roof upgrades include pillars and walls which are also easily customisable and can change the entire feel of your current conservatory. We understand that many of our customers would like it to look like their conservatory is a complementary addition to the rest of their house, so we offer you a wealth of options to do this. At Launa Windows, our goal is to ensure you’re happy with the finished product so please contact us to discuss the look you desire.

We refuse to compromise on quality

Our windows are made from British Made, high quality MarinespecTM components, with up to 25 years anti corrosion. They are built specifically for the more exposed areas of corrosion, such as coastal environments to give you worry free performance beyond your guarantee.  We believe spending more on components is worth every penny, and sets us apart from our competitors.

State of the art fabrication for best quality

We have invested millions of pounds into one of the most state of the art manufacturing facilities in the UK.  This enables us to provide you with consistently high quality products at exceptionally good prices. Our loyal factory workers are well trained and take pride in their work, they really care about quality.  Our machines are maintained according to a rigorous servicing regime to keep them in top condition.

Superior energy efficiency

Our ‘A’ rated energy efficient and triple glazed windows are tested by the BFRC, which will save you money on your heating bills. By law your windows and doors have to meet strict thermal performance regulations but you can be rest assured that our products exceed current requirements.

Energy saving is incredibly important and so is keeping your fuel bills down. We are continuously looking for ways to make our homes energy efficient and one way is to choose new PVCu windows and doors. Not only will they help to keep your home warmer, they will reduce your energy loss.

Don’t just take our word for it!

Our suppliers conform to strictly controlled and independently monitored Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001, to ensure that everything is done correctly and according to best practise.

Our windows are tested independently by British Standards for security, weather tightness and strength performance. This means that periodically, we have to send them to independent test houses, in order to be tested to destruction.

These are just some of the many standards the products in our vast range conform to. Needless to say we take the quality of our products very seriously indeed.
